Retainer to Commission
Our pricing model is designed to minimise your upfront risk and reward performance.
Phase 1: Retainer
When there is little or no existing sales with the target retailer, a monthly retainer covers the cost of marketing your products to the retailer. This investment funds our team's efforts in building relationships, preparing presentations, and securing ranging.
- Covers initial marketing costs to retailer
- Paid at the beginning of each contracted month
- Channel-specific pricing available
- Covers 1 product category (max 8 products)
Phase 2: Commission
Once sales are flowing through the retailer and the commission return exceeds the retainer amount, we transition to a commission-only model. This means our earnings are directly tied to your sales performance.
- Commission on wholesale sales
- Activates when commission exceeds retainer
- Aligned incentives — we grow when you grow
- Commission due 7 days from retailer payment
