How It Works

Retainer to Commission

Our pricing model is designed to minimise your upfront risk and reward performance.

Phase 1: Retainer

When there is little or no existing sales with the target retailer, a monthly retainer covers the cost of marketing your products to the retailer. This investment funds our team's efforts in building relationships, preparing presentations, and securing ranging.

  • Covers initial marketing costs to retailer
  • Paid at the beginning of each contracted month
  • Channel-specific pricing available
  • Covers 1 product category (max 8 products)

Phase 2: Commission

Once sales are flowing through the retailer and the commission return exceeds the retainer amount, we transition to a commission-only model. This means our earnings are directly tied to your sales performance.

  • Commission on wholesale sales
  • Activates when commission exceeds retainer
  • Aligned incentives — we grow when you grow
  • Commission due 7 days from retailer payment
